Based on five user reviews, the LennyLamb Upgrade Pro was described as a very comfortable, soft, and flexible full buckle carrier once adjusted. Several reviewers noted that despite being a buckle carrier, it felt more like fabric than a structured carrier with hardware.
The cotton fabric was described as lightweight, soft, and breathable, including when new. Reviewers reported that babies appeared comfortable once the carrier was set up correctly, with one reviewer saying they would definitely use this carrier every day.
The carrier was used successfully with babies from 7 weeks through to a 15 kg four-year-old. Reviewers highlighted the ease of adjusting the carrier for different baby sizes, and more than one reviewer commented that the hood remained usable across ages and worked well as a sun shade.
