Hedwych Veeman — Founder of Wrap You In Love
Hedwych Veeman is the vibrant founder and face behind Wrap You In Love, a beloved global babywearing brand. With a background in multimedia marketing and training from top institutions such as Trageschule Hamburg, L’école à porter, Center for Babywearing Studies, Slingababy UK, and Didymos, she brings a deep well of expertise to her work . A mother of four, Hedwych began babywearing in 2011 and launched her YouTube channel in 2014, producing clear, inclusive tutorials—often silent with subtitles—for diverse community needs .
Known for her distinctive rainbow-colored hair, tattoos, and no-nonsense teaching style, Hedwych earned global recognition, including the prestigious Jennifer Rosenberg Babywearing Advocate of the Year Award . She’s passionate about safety, comfort, and accessibility, offering individual coaching, workshops, and on-demand courses in multiple languages . Her story of welcoming a rainbow baby after a missed miscarriage in 2020 also resonates deeply with many families, reflecting her authenticity and resilience .
Diana Rosenfield — Founder of Wrap Your Baby
Diana Rosenfield is the passionate entrepreneur and babywearing educator behind Wrap Your Baby, a specialty boutique and online resource dedicated to woven wrap carriers. Based in Mountainair, New Mexico, Diana sells high-quality, exclusive-design woven wraps and empowers caregivers through free video tutorials, blog content, and her paid Woven Wrap Guild, simplifying complex wrapping techniques into easy-to-learn formats .
Inspired by hands-on feedback and community insights, Diana actively cultivates local support networks—encouraging parents to join babywearing groups while also offering store-based fit checks to boost confidence with wraps . She places strong emphasis on babywearing safety, covering crucial topics like plus-size wrapping, tandem and toddler carries, and breastfeeding in a woven wrap .
Dr Rosie Knowles
Dr Rosie Knowles is a practicing General Practitioner, mother of two, and a leading babywearing educator in the UK and beyond. She founded the Sheffield Sling Surgery in 2013 (followed by Sling Spot in 2015), and established the Building Bonds Project and Sling Pages directory—resources that support families in need and professionals working with slings . Rosie is the author of Why Babywearing Matters (2016), a book that's been translated into multiple languages, and is a frequent lecturer and trainer at conferences across Europe . An experienced educator and advocate, she develops peer-supporter and professional training through her initiative Born to Carry and running the Sheffield Sling Library—helping thousands of parents safely carry children using a wide range of carriers
Jordan Morillo The Babywearing OT
Jordan Morillo, OTR/L, is a dedicated occupational therapist, certified babywearing consultant, and mother who founded Motherhood Therapy Services & The Babywearing OT in 2023 after recognizing significant gaps in perinatal support during her own journey . She holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor’s in Psychological Sciences and Counseling from Austin Peay State University . With extensive clinical experience spanning acute care, adult behavioral health, and rehabilitation, Jordan now focuses on empowering families through personalized babywearing consultations, virtual workshops, stroller walk groups, and parent-centered wellness services .
Her work bridges evidence-based OT practice and babywearing education, using babywearing as a therapeutic tool to enhance maternal mental health, infant development, and caregiver self-regulation . Jordan’s engaging teaching style shines on YouTube and Zoom through carrier tutorials, fit-checks, and interactive community sessions . Kylie Lau Babywearing and You (Brisbane Australia)
Kylie Lau is a Brisbane-based certified babywearing consultant and the founder of Babywearing and You. With a background in early childhood education and a passion for responsive parenting, Kylie has supported hundreds of families through private consultations, workshops, and community events across Southeast Queensland. She is known for her calm, knowledgeable approach and her commitment to helping caregivers find safe, comfortable babywearing solutions that meet their individual needs.
Kylie actively promotes inclusive, evidence-informed babywearing education and is particularly skilled in fitting buckle carriers, wraps, ring slings, and meh dais for a wide variety of body types and family configurations. Her work is deeply rooted in connection, accessibility, and practical guidance for real-life parenting.
