Join us for our monthly babywearing meet-up, a relaxed and welcoming space to explore babywearing, connect with other parents, and receive hands-on guidance from experienced babywearing educators.

These sessions are designed to support families at all stages, whether you are new to babywearing or already using a carrier and would like help refining fit and comfort.

What we offer

A wide range of baby carriers to see, feel, and try

Support with safe and comfortable fitting of your own carrier

Guidance for newborns through to toddlers

Help choosing a carrier that suits your body, your baby, and your lifestyle

A calm, supportive environment to ask questions and build confidence

Who is welcome

Everyone is welcome.

You do not need to have any prior babywearing experience.

Expectant parents, parents, carers, grandparents, and families at all stages are warmly invited.

Babies and children are very welcome at this family-friendly venue.

Session timing

The session runs from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

To get the most out of the morning, we recommend arriving earlier in the session, as hands-on fitting and individual support is best done before the final part of the meet.

You are welcome to stay for as long or as little as suits your family on the day.

This is a free event, but booking is required so we can:

Plan for the number of families attending

Book tables when meeting at café venues

Ensure we can provide hands-on support and cap numbers if needed

Contact attendees if we need to cancel or adjust plans due to illness or weather conditions

Oscar’s Hangout is a family-friendly café and play space, making it an ideal setting for a relaxed babywearing meet-up.

Bookings allow us to reserve tables in advance, which helps ensure there is space for everyone attending.
